2023 RYFC Program Presentation

Dear RHAM Families,

We have heard many questions, concerns, and anger about the changes to the Fundraising Requirements for the upcoming 2023. As a Board we promised transparency with everyone on important issues effecting the program, and I will own that we have not followed through with that promise.

In an effort to make good on our word and to share all that went into this change we’re created a 2023 Review Presentation of the RYFC Program. Topics covered in this presentation include what the program is striving for, what are our operational costs, what are our challenges with funding these costs, how the Player Sponsorship Model came to be, what our 2023 budget looks like, and what our overarching goals are for the league. I truly hope this answers many of the questions and concerns everyone has.

We will also be holding a public town hall meeting to give everyone who wishes to attend a chance to speak directly to the Board of Directors. This meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 3rd at 6:00pm in the Community Room at Douglas Library in Hebron.
